[Forum] Online users not showing up on frontpage/homepage

hi is there a way to fix this issue with users not showing up on the who's online section of the footer on the front page?

Unlimited space to host images, easy to use image uploader, albums, photo hosting, sharing, dynamic image resizing on web and mobile.

this issue only happens on the frontpage and not on the forum pages....

    Thanks

Create a new style with no parent:
    • Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
    • Parent Style: No Parent Style
    • Title: Default vBulletin
    • Allow User Selection: Yes
    • Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

It has to do with a modified template in your custom style.

We do not fix customized styles via the ticket system.

I would suggest you start by looking at the FORUMHOME template since that is where the issue is. Unless that is your vbadvanced page, in which case I have no idea what the name of the template is. To find the template to modify, do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. (Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.)

That would required customized code which is something you should ask about on vbulletin.org, the modification site.

You should start your own thread about your own exact problem.

It's very difficult to tell what your problem is when you have provided no information and you posted in a thread about a different problem than yours. It is always best to start your own thread, put all necessary information in there (when did the problem start? a link to see it, what settings do you have set, etc) and then we can help you better.
