[Forum] Unable to access forum

I really hope someone can help me here. I uninstalled VBSEO, deleted everythig. But now I can't access my forum any longer:

Notice the /forum bit? I think that is causing the problem but I can't seem to get it fixed, or changed.

Please help.

Ok, managed to get the forum back but the problem I'm having now is with the forum tab on the navigation bar, when you click the forum tab, I'm getting this:

Index of /forum

Parent Directory

Nothing else. How can I fix this please?
