Your missing a column called "ssl_permissions" on your usergroup table. Since this isn't a default vBulletin field, it must be from an improperly installed addon. Uninstall whatever addon adds SSL Permissions to your system.

You need to uninstall the mod causing the problem. Disabling them won't necessarily remove this database error. Which ever mod you installed for SSL Permissions. Hopefully there aren't so many that this is difficult to find.

Uninstalled? Deleted all their database additions? Removed their files? Or just removed them from the product manager?

I'd give you more information but this is why we don't support addons. We simply don't have the information about them to provide support. I know an addon is causing your problem. I don't know which one, or how it is causing your problem.

Maybe someone at www.vbulletin.org knows what addon installs that field and how to remove it completely.
