The files don't exist in their expected locations- example: http://www.47r-squad.com/customavatars/avatar83_4.gif is not found.

Did you make sure those directories were writable? What did you chmod them?

I am not sure why it did that.
First I moved the avatars from database to the filesystem so it transferred them there.
for some reason the names are not exact?
Did vBulletin rename them or changed the numbers?

Would it be possibly to move back to the database?

You could try to move them back but I don't know it will work...

Can you answer the question about what/if you chmod'ed the directories?

Did you try to rebuild avatars in maintenance?

If you upload a new avatar, does that work?

            I did rebuild avatars.
I did re-upload avatar and still doesn't work.

In your Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options -> Safe Mode Upload Enabled - Set this to YES and try uploading a new avatar again. If that works, try rebuilding again too.

                It was already enabled.
I tried and still did not do anything.

Did you try turning it off then? Have any changes been made to your server recently?

nope,no changes were made, the last thing I did was just moving this into file system, the directory was 777 before the move. Even with safe mode images won't come up.

If you want me to login and try again, not that I think you did anything wrong, give my account on your site admin access and PM me back. (I registered as BirdOPrey5.)

Make sure those directories still exist and are chmod 777 as you said.

Bird, looks like I put the folders in the wrong directory. I didn't put it in the public_html folder, instead I put it in the root folder like the image attachments.
That's where I made the mistake.
                            Everything is all fixed
I noticed a big difference in the speed.
                            Thank you for your help
