[Forum] Favicon Issues

My site's favicon won't show on the forums part. If you look at the uploaded image, my desired favicon is showing up on the admin cp (second tab), but not on the forums (first tab). I have tried on other browsers and tried the force refresh, but it still appears like this.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
