Hacked forum, trying to reset admin password via tools.php but get an error

Hi, our forum was hacked and my admin password was tweaked with. I've tried to upload the tools.php file to reset the admin password but I get this error line:
Fatal error: Class 'vB_Upgrade' not found in http://.../forum/install/init.php on line 62

What is this? Is there a solution to this?

    I'm using vBulletin 4.1.9.

Any and all help is very appreciated.

    Thx,
    Martin

tools.php requires the "install" directory to be present in your installation.

Thx everybody for your quick replies but fortunately I fixed it by uploading the right tools.php-file. Perhaps I upload one that was "too new" for my forum version, but after downloading the correct one from vbulletin's members area I got it to work.

Now there's just a lot of damage control to be done...

4.2.0's has a bug in it I believe, the 4.2.1 version will work.
