MaxCDN with vbulletin

Does anyone know how to set up MaxCDN with vbulletin. MaxCDN say to use vbseo, however i tried to get that and it doesn't seem possible to buy a licence or get any replies to tech support presales or live chat. Does anybody know of a different way to get it working?
