Area between the Forums and Forum Blocks

What is the StyleVar name for the area surrounding the boards on the Index page? It's between the Forums and the Forum blocks.The color I have there now blocks out the icon legend, among other things. A temp changed the color and I can't undo it. The color also appears after logging in and being redirected. I've tried to get the name using firebug to no avail.
