[Forum] Hacked, New Admin, Site redirecting

So Im seeing this is a common issue this week.
I woke up to find my site is redirecting to some bs page. My site www.xterranation.org

I found the hacker placed a new Admin.. How ever they are doing this is creepy because I have to approve all members before they can gain access to my forum.
Now to my issues.. Im not the smartest person with this stuff.. I need help!! Issue 2 is my forum has never been backed up... I know I know.. I have been unable to figure out how to do that.

    Ideas???

First delete the install folder from your forum root if you haven't already.
Second, if you still have access, delete the new admins.

        You got database backups?

          thanks for the reply

the forums were under construction so i have deleted them along with DB and some other files. i will not now continue until this has all died down

one thing that i was surprised @ was that they were able to upload files to the root folder (outside of the vb forum folder)

It would be best if you could start your own topic with full details of the issue, we can assist then.
