[Forum] custom profile option phrase

i creante new profile filed single selection menu
i can find phrase for title and description of this menu and edit for other languages
but no find phrase for option of this selection menu
for example i have gender selection menu with male and female option
i can edit gender and please select your gender phrase
but can not find for male or female
i add manualy male and female option in phrase bot not work and not show translation

The options are not translatable. They are stored in the database with the profile field.
