Photo Uploads 4.1.1

I have a lot of members who complain about the difficulty uploading images on my forum. I have messed with a bunch of settings trying to find the problem but nothing seems to work. Is it just me or is it really hard to upload photos to the 4.1.1 forum?

I looked for a mod but found nothing that looked like it was going to solve the problem.

Any ideas?
