Moving Post Options Buttons?

How do we make all of the post reply options (formatting, smilies, font, list, etc) buttons lay flat instead of right aligned?

This requires editing the code. The toolbar is set in upload/vb/ckeditor.php in the setToolbar() function. You can modify this at your own risk.
