[Forum] Fatal "What's New" Error

All of a sudden we started getting this error when we click on the What's New tab:

Fatal error: Class 'vB_ActivityStream_View_Perm__' not found in /home/love4um/public_html/4um/vb/activitystream/view.php on line 589

How should we proceed to repair this?
