[Forum] members arent receiving emails

My members after the upgrade to 4.2.1 arent receiving mass emails or if you click the contact us the email isnt going thtrough what could be the problem.I have the same email in the admin panel as contact us and webmaster and the server has the same email in the update contact info what could be wrong

If you go to admincp > diagnostics > email and test email, does it work?

I didnt get anything from the test so something is wrong ill see if the mail server's configuration is right
