Re-upload the clientscript directory and all sub-directories. See if that helps.
What version did you upgrade from and to? -

When you changed hosts, did you first transfer the site over as a 4.2.0 site and verified it worked before doing the upgrade? Have you tried a totally default style? Have you tried with your modifications disabled?

i was move only attachments from old host
and upload fresh vb version 4.2.1 and then update it,then its causing problem and i upload all vb version from old host,
now problem is solved by upload clientscript and images folder from new vb version 4.2.1
but now i am hasitate that it will create problem again or not if i update in future ?Comment

I tried to upgrade my multilingual board to 5.2.5 last night. Upgrade finished OK.
After the upgrade, all NON-Latin character are gone and instead it only shows Øæææøæ'æ'æ

After the upgrade I upgraded php version to 7.0.4
My forum is substantially faster.
