Remove secondary navbar

Hello. I found few threads about this but it does not completely work for me. I d like to remove just what you see in the picture below. Could anyone of you, in case of knowledge, post me the code so I can use it in additional.css? Thank you in advance.

Settings>Navigation Manager, left click the word "Forum" which opens up the secondary links and remove the check marks and save.
