    [Forum] Tags special characters

    I am using vBulletin 4.2.0. Is it possible to restrict the characters that can be used when creating tags ? I dont want for example the character "&" to be used

      I would like to know also, after editing some tags via mysql, how should i rebuild all tags, i dont see the option in Admincp / Manteinance / General Update Tools
      Is there any place in the admincp to administrate tags (remove, replace, etc) ?
      I couldn't find it myself
