[CMS] Ad Manager - Image Sizes

I am attemping to put some ads into ad manager, these will point to certain parts of my site, and also be ads showing companys they can contact us for advertising.

Now, whilst looking into this feature, I notice the different areas you can put ads, but is there anywhere i cannot put them due to having adsense intergrated into my site?

Also does anyone know the sizes of ads we can add
