The only place I see any attachments in your image are in some custom blocks. You will need to ask this question in the modification thread where you got the code for those custom blocks.

Custom Blocks means the Forum Blocks you have on the right side of the image - the top one is not a default block that comes with vbulletin, so I figure it is a custom block.

My Profile > Albums > Create New Album > Album - Public > Upload Pictures > Add Files > use BB Code

Hey Josi! Those are just for profile and avatar images. Go to AdminCP > attachment manager and set height, width and file size.Comment
