[Forum] Daily Error Messages: Help?

Since upgrading to vB4.1.5, I've been getting daily error scripts automatically generated and emailed to the admin's email.

The errors read as follows:

Another error message I keep receiving is this (unsure if it's related or not):

Insight into the meanings of these two error scripts and what actions I can take to rectify them would be deeply appreciated!

the first is from a custom plugin you need to ask them where ever you got it
the 2nd you need to get in touch with your host show them the error as they need to fix that

1. Any way to identify which custom plug in the error code belongs to? We're running a few mods at this point.

2. Will share the second error message with my host now. (Thanks for the heads up!)

1. Access the file downloads.php and look for clues in there its the easiest way i know of.
