[Forum] How do I add a LIKE button on posts?

Hello all experts,

I have ever seen vBulletin posts with a LIKE button customizable with any naming the administrator want. An example is this:

Not sure if you can see it if you are not a member. Basically on the lower left corner of every post, there is THANKS button where members can click and their nicks will be shown at the bottom of the post. I wanna add that to my forum as well. Can any experts here guide me how to do it?

VBSEO offer a very good Like button with their SEO package. The like button had a very nice effect on my site, since it made users post more blogs and forum posts, just because people like to be liked. So something simple as a Like button seems to encourages people to post more and better quality, especially in blogs.
