Trouble with advertising

I'm running 4.1.3. I am trying to change the target for one of my ads in the vB Ad Management sections. I've made the required change to the ad and saved it, but the change does not register. If you click on the ad it goes to the old target, even though the new target is what's showing in the admin panel. Any thoughts as to why this is happening? Thanks.

Try this:

- copy the Ad code to Notepad
- delete the Ad from the Ad Manager
- check the relevant Ad Template to ensure it's not been retained there - delete the code or revert the template if it has
- re-enter the Ad with the new target

Does this fix the problem?
