[Blog] Administrator Permissions "Can Administer Blog Permissions" ?

In the Administrator Permissions section, what is the purpose/function of the "Can Administer Blog Permissions" setting?

I setup another admin account (non-superadmin) and tested this setting. I'm not sure what it does as from what I've seen so far all the blog settings still work whether this is turned on or off. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place.

Can anyone fill me in on exactly what this setting does?

It determines if the Adminstrator can add/edit/remove moderators from the blogs.

Admin CP -> vBulletin Blog -> Blog Moderators

I don't know why it is labeled permissions and not "Manage Moderators".

Wayne, thanks for clarifying that. You're right, it would make a lot more sense to be labeled something like "Manage Moderators." If labeled like that I probably would have figured out what setting it was for without needing to ask here. Anyhow, thanks again.
