Issues with Mobile Style Width

Another issue I'm having (not sure if its a bug or not) is with the width of the theme.
When I load a page using the mobile theme, I have a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom (the page is wider than my device's screen). The page does not resize to fit my screen until I scroll down a little bit & then up to the top, or rotate my device to landscape & then back to portrait.

I have this issue on my forum & on vbulletin.com, so I'm not sure if its an issue with the theme or with the device.

I'm using an HTC Evo 4G running Android 2.3.3 with the stock browser (Internet).

Can anyone else confirm this issue on another device or mobile browser?

I haven't heard of any issues with this. Unfortunately, I don't have an Android phone here. We're iOS in my household. I suggest clearing your browser cache and history and seeing if that helps with the problems.

I was going to create a new bug report, but browsed through all 50ish open mobile style bugs first and spotted it.
