[Forum] URL Rewrite and/or Redirect assistance needed

I've moved a forum from the root folder to a /forum folder





On the root folder I've installed wordpress so I can't make a 301 redirection for the entire folder.



I was wondering if I can create a rule on .htaccess to redirect the urls with showthread.php and forumdisplay.php to /forum/showthread.php and /forum/forumdisplay.php
