    4.2.1: What changed for {userinfo.userid}?

    Using {userinfo.userid} in the Navigational Menu system outputs nothing, as it was previously used to help members isolate their own Threads and Posts. It now seems to output a blank. Is there an equivalent definition or why was this eliminated? Answer: Use {bbuserinfo.userid} instead.

    Example for My Threads:
    search.php?do=finduser&userid={bbuserinfo.userid}&contenttype=vBForum_Post&starteronly=1

    or

    Example for My Posts:
    search.php?do=finduser&userid={bbuserinfo.userid}&contenttype=vBForum_Post&sho wposts=1

    Also: {options.xxx} becomes {vboptions.xxx} in vB4.2.1 where xxx is an options variable

    Eg: {vboptions.bburl}
    environment: Centos 6.9, Apache v2.4.25, PHP 5.6.30/xCache, MariaDB 10.22 -- vB5 Connect Licensed

      Just figured I would metion this for anyone else, in the original post for "My Posts" there is a space near the end

      search.php?do=finduser&userid={bbuserinfo.userid}&contenttype=vBForum_Post&sho wposts=1

      it should be:

      search.php?do=finduser&userid={bbuserinfo.userid}&contenttype=vBForum_Post&sho wposts=1(apparently it automatically puts a space in)
