I have the following error on my site, it would overload the server?

'Access denied for user 'atualiza_rodrigo'@'localhost'' means that vBulletin can't connect to your database and that there are wrong login informations for that database. Also it could be that your database is unavailable. If you keep getting this error messages you should contact your web host and report it, this is not a vBulletin issue.
