After I log in it redirects me to a page where I get a message that reads "Message: Invalid Redirect URL (http://cruisersconnect.com/)". What would be causing this and how can I change this? Thank you!

Are you using an .htaccess file? That is usually where redirects come from.
Also you should be using http://www.cruisersconnect.com/ not http://cruisersconnect.com/.Steve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)

With or without www should not matter in any case but you must use it consistent it one or the other not both.Comment

To see if you use .htaccess you need to FTP to the website and look for that file if you installed the software in / then it should be there if you installed it in /forum it can be in / and /forum.Comment

Does the .htaccess exist if so can you post the content of that file here then we can take a look at it. If it does not exist then we need to rethink where it goes wrong.
When you uploaded the files to the website use that program again to look if you see an .htaccess file.Comment
