Dear vBulletin,
lately I noticed the amount of spammers increased dramaticly. since they cracked the recaptcha it's getting rediculous.
I've read the thread on this site about what to do against forum spam but those measures are not sufficient.
On my site I've made a script that counts keystrokes and mouseclicks during registration, I blocked 4282 registrations in the past 2 months this way.
but it's not 100% foolproof so I'm looking to find better ways..
I think the vbulletin team should brainstorm about this and come up with a good way to fight these spammers. not ways to remove spam but to prevent spammers from ever posting spam.
when they start gonna use the api's to register it's gonna be even worse since there's nothing in there to prevent them from doing so
