            new reply from my host.

            Dear Customer,

            We have increased PHP memory limit value, but unfortunately we did not get a positive result.

            As far as I can see, the issue is related to your PHP code. Please visit the following URL in order to know more information about similar errors:

                Hello,

                I have exactly the same problem on my private vBulletin installation. Could you please explain in detail, how I restore the default language.

                Thanks a lot

                  phpPGAdmin is not PHP... It is a separate application with its own version number. We don't recommend running vBulletin 4.2.2 unless you're runing PHP 5.4.X.

                  We're still waiting on PHP version. Add the following line to your config.php under the <?php line:
                  Code:
                  define('SKIP_ALL_ERRORS', true);

                      Hi Wayne,

                      thanks for your reply. Sorry, I didn't notice that phpPGAdmin was mentioned in the former description. So I describe my problem more detailed.
                      I am running vB 4.2.0 on PHP 5.3.3 with MySQL 5.1.69.
                      Everything is fine surfing with a browser. But when I start a jmeter test (version 2.5.1) on it with at least two processes simultaneously, the following error occured after an execution time of about 5 minutes:

                      "PHP Fatal error: Cannot create references to/from string offsets nor overloaded objects in /var/www/.../includes/class_core.php on line 1753"

                      After the error is thrown once, every page hit exits with http status 500 and the named message.

                      The only way to get the site back working is to change the memcache prefix in config.php. I tried disabling all plugins and switching to apc instead of memcache, but problem still appears.

                      Thanks for any suggestions

                        Hi there,

                        jfyi: I fixed the problem now by myself:

                        l.1741:
                        if (!is_array($this->registry->options) || !isset($this->registry->options['templateversion']))

                        Greetings

                          PHP 5.3.3 is insanely buggy, you should get your webhost to update it.

                            Hi Zachery,

                            this is the answer from my webhost:

                            "PHP 5.3.3 (including Security Patches) is shipped with latest RedHat Stable Release 6.5
                            and RHEL 7 is still in Beta Stage. We won't update to a Beta Release.

                            Is vBulletin certified for RHEL 6.5 Release? If not, please specify for which
                            stable Linux Distributions vBulletin Software is certified to be working."

                              We don't certify specific Linux distributions. Versions of vBulletin require minimum (and occasionally maximum) versions of php and MySQL.
