[Forum] Can edit the copyright text?

I am NOT talking about the "powered by vbulletin" text, I am talking about this line: "Copyright © 2013 vBulletin Solutions, Inc. All rights reserved"
Can I edit to something like " Copyright © 2013 The IM Forum All rights reserved"?

Nope. That's against policy and could get you in trouble with the law.

You can, however, add your own custom copyright.

The additional custom copyright Amaury25 is talking about can be set at AdminCP -> Settings -> Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details -> Copyright Text.
