[Forum] "Banned" usergroup != "Active users" and "Newest member".

Spamming users I ban can log in again. They can't post, but they can still appear in "active users" and "welcome to our newest member, x". I don't like this.

Is there any option for me to disallow users in the "banned" usergroup from appearing in these two fields?

You could ban their IP.

Is banning their IP different from banning their username? Besides, wouldn't dynamic IPs make this attempt a little fruitless?
