There's a spell-check button in CKEditor when one is using Internet Explorer. The button prompts the user to download the IESpell browser plugin. Once that plugin is installed, the spell check button ceases to function - it's dead. Instead, the user has to right-click to activate a spell check. That's how it seems to me (using vb 4.1.5 and IE 9). The spell-check button simply advises the poster that he or she can download a spell-check program, but the button doesn't work to trigger a spell check once the program is downloaded. In effect, the button is simply an ad.
Do I have it correct? If so, it's kind of confusing for young or new users. It is confusing for me. Is it possible for me to get rid of the spell-check button on my forum?
