Change your user password. Since you're an admin I can't stress enough to make your password strong and complex. If you set yourself as unalterable and undeleteable in the config.php file, you'll have to unlock your account and set the new password. Then go back and lock your account.

What does setishock mean by "unlock your account"? Thanks.

Just click on "forgot password" link and instructions to reset your password will be emailed to you.

setishock means bull. You gotta have multiple passwords, different from one another. There is no admin password per se. The admin is User #1 in the /includes/config.php. But the password in the /includes/config.php is for MySQL database. Change your admin password in your user’s settings. Read some more on passwords and security:

setishock was saying exactly what you are, change it in the user settings. If you re read it then you might understand that he was suggesting (for extra security) that you can make yourself unalterable/deletable. So what he said was not "bull".
