[CMS] Pipe CMS News Items to Another Web Page - Webservice or something?

I would like to pipe the news updates from the CMS portion of my 4.1.5 publishing suite forum to the NEWS page on my main website.

For example, I'd like the news items from the CMS here: http://forums.frogdice.com

to be piped/copied/redirected to the news page here: http://www.frogdice.com/news.php

That way I can update company news via the CMS, and it will automatically appear on the news page on our main web site.

I'm not looking to do an RSS feed type thing. I'd like to have it send the information in some format that I can then reformat it and use it on my web page.

Is this possible? If so, how?
