[Forum] Set Email / Pop Up alert for received PM for every user

Any way to set an email or pop up alert for a received pm for every user of my forum? Even for the imported users from phpBB?
Any query to run in the DB?

Ok, I found a query to run for the db but how do I set this option as default for the new users?

Admin CP > Settings > Options > User Registration Options > Default Registration Options >

Select Send Notification Email When a Private Message is Received AND/OR Pop up a Notification Box When a Private Message is Received

Users can enable "pop up" notification via settings shown in ss.......it can be set via admin cp > options > user registration options > default registration options.
