[Forum] Icons missing

I just upgraded to 4.14 and the text editor icons are missing. I have uploaded all the file several times but they still are not there. What am i missing?

I saw in another post to redownload 4.14 from the members area. I did this and uploaded all the files to the server. This did not sovle the issue. All the icons are still missing.

You have to make sure you're uploading in binary mode or something. Have a look in your FTP program for that setting and change it to binary from ASCII or whatever the other option is.

I'd also always start a support ticket with problems like this at the same time as making a thread. Often gets answered quicker in the support ticket.

That is unless you have a plugin in which case you're board isn't supported by VB and they won't even advise things let alone fix them for/with you.

I open a ticket so hopefully they can resolve this quickly. It looks like quite a few people have this same issue.

Make sure you upload the images/editor/sprite.png file to and custom style image directories you have.

An answer that seemed to only fix one persons problem.

This is a serious problem that many (including me) suffer from and no one seems to have a fix.
