[Forum] new images

After upgrading to 4.1.4 from 4.0.5 some new images are not working for example, the path points to here site.com/images/icons/icon4.png. where it should point to site.com/forum/images/icons/icon4.png. when I direct go to the link it shows, so the images was uploaded properly.

All my other images are working fine its just the new images added from the upgrade. I went in and check the style vars, the path there is images/icons I change it to forum/icons and still not working.
