[Forum] Cannot use "Insert Signature Picture"

I am trying to change my signature. I uploaded a new picture and it works fine, I can see it after I press upload. However, when I press Insert Signature Picture, it doesn't insert anything into my signature editor.

It's broken in 4.1.4, you can still use the sigpic but you need to insert the SIGPIC tags manually.
