[Forum] Infractions do not reverse correctly

I did several tests with my moderators on infraction points. When an infraction point is reversed, the correct message is posted, but the infraction point does not reset. The amount of points awarded in the infraction should be deducted from the infraction balance until it goes to 0, should it not?

I see it working correctly - the AdminCP resets, if you display the infractions in the postbit, that's correctly reset and they're showing as reversed in the user profile Infractions Tab. Where are you not seeing this correct?

Check in the cron jobs. If it doesn't update right away it could be the time between the jobs. You can click on the run now button to force it to run.
If you're not sure about adjusting the time between jobs then best to leave it right where it sits. Some can make your host unhappy if run too often.
