Presently, the Forum Actions/Quick Links/Community dropdowns make use of the formrow background stylevar. This is ok on white-themed sites like vB.com, but on color themed sites it looks terrible, particularly since it doesn't use the same text color as formrow. These dropdowns should get their own vars or use the same ones as Forum Tools/Administrative/Inline Mod dropdowns on forumdisplay.
I'd consider this half-suggestion, half-problem, as I don't think it makes sense to suggest that the dropdown options are part of a form.
