[Forum] Changing Buttons and Tab Colors in Profile Pages

    Hi everyone,
I've recently upgraded my vBulletin to version 4, and (for the most part), it has been a pleasant experience. The guides on how to style the forums helped quite a bit, but I've seem to hit a brick wall with styling the Profile pages. I'm unable to change the colors of the buttons and the tab headings:

Name:	button_tabs.PNG
Views:	1
Size:	11.8 KB
ID:	3720599

I've tried overriding the values for them in additional.css, but it doesn't seem to work. The style rules I've tried overriding are .userprof_button and dl.tabslight dd.userprof_moduleinactive a.

Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can change how they look?

    Thanks,
    Kirupa

    1. In 4.1.4 there will be a new editor (as you see on here) plus
    2. There are profile page fixes coming in 4.1.4

You may wish to wait an upgrade to this first.

Trevor - that sounds good. What is the ETA for 4.1.4? Is there a simpler, short-term fix I can employ instead?

This is awesome news? So the profile pages will once again be styled via stylevars?

          kirupa,
See posts 8 and 9 in this thread >>> http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...something-else
I wound up doing the edits directly to the member.css template and inserting rem statements at the edit points.
