    [Forum] I can't type a % symbol

My site, http://www.jaxvette.com/forum/forum.php has an issue. When we type the % symbol, it displays "&#37:" My attachment shows the issue. The 1 post I made worked like a champ. My quick reply has the error. Any other replies I make to the thread will give me an error on the first % and the remaining % symbols display correctly.

I turned off all of my plug-ins and the problem persisted. My plug-ins are now back on. The members are getting the first "&#37:" when they type their first % symbol. If they repeat the symbol later in the reply, it gives the correct % display

    I'm running V4.1.3

I do not know how long this issue has been happening as we just noticed it a couple of days ago. Any help would be appreciated.

I have done more trouble shooting, well my son has! This is NOT an issue if I "Go Advanced" in the reply. I get all % symbols to show. This only is happening when I use quick reply.
