[CMS] Image thumbnail location

As you can see im using the single layout and the thumbnail is taken from the image and placed on the left. How do i change that so that the thumbnail is central?

Edit this line to align it to the center:

Tried that by adding a align="center" snippet but it didn't affect it at all. Any other ideas?
