[Forum] Submit post, brought to 1st page of thread

Hi,

Our forums just upgraded to VB4 and now, after submitting a new forums post, the user is brought to page 1 of the thread rather than being brought her last post.

Does anyone face this issue?

It depends on how you have each forum set.
Default Sort Field: Last Post Time
Default Sort Oder: Decending
Will sort by the very last post and put the thread in the order of last post first, first post last.
Default Sort Field: Last Post Time
Default Sort Order: Ascending
Will make the post that started the thread first, while making the latest post last.
Check in the ACP under forum manager and open one of the forum setup screen. If it's ascending then you'll have to check all of the forums and reset as needed.

I found it. But only to realized many of the forums members' default are already: Ascending. Got to find a way to un-default them.
