      Check Impex,it might be able to do that.

              Sorry, there is no vB4-to-vB4 importer available at this time.

                  just manually change all user id in the 1 database the one that you are going to be importing then export that all via phpmyadmin then import on the othere database i mean im asuming its only members that is do this on a test board first
