[Forum] problem in Forum Sidebar and Block

hey.

i have problem in Forum Sidebar and Block
After upgrade

Does not appear in the forum

Add new block : No options

4.1.3

What is the solution ?

good luck, i've had similar issues, no one yet including support has helped me resolve the issue, it's like a goat rope, i give acces to the site, wait a day, then they say they can't get in, wait another day, put the access back, get another response another day, can't see blocks, it's an endless cycle.

Each ticket is generally assigned to one person and they see it though from start to finish unless they will not be able to respond in a reasonable time (24+ hours).
On the downside this means there may be lapses in coverage when the person who is providing support is: eating, sleeping, providing support to other customers, or just not available.
Be aware that bumping tickets constantly will push you back further in the queue and you should only really add to the ticket if you have more information.
