[Forum] How do I enable HTML just for admins?

In my admin panel, I went to the admin usergroup and turned "allow HTML" to "yes".

However, when I post as an admin, it still shows HTML as off unless I go to the forum setting and change HTML to "yes", which then turns HTML on for ALL users, even the ones in usergroups that have it set to "no".

So how do I set it up so that only admins (IE just me) can post HTML?
