[Forum] Importing specified subforums from a vB4 forum into an existing vb3.8 forum

I'm looking for a method to copy posts (~250k) in 6 forums from an existing vB4 forum to an existing but much smaller vB3.8 forum (total posts ~5k). Is this possible? Would I need to update the 2nd forum to vB4? TIA.

There is no official method to do that. You can try askign over at the vB mod site: www.vbulletin.org
