Ok, I know this is supposed to be easy, so why am I having such a difficult time finding where I change the font color or the background color for the user profile? << Don't answer that. Notice my problem below that I have spent at least an hour trying to make adjustments and no luck finding the right place apparently.

Do you have Profile Customization On for your users? If so, you, the admin, need to click that link on your profile and make the profile look how you want it to look throughout the site, then click Save as Site Default.
